Blaysil 200 is a silicone-based injection mould release agent, packed in an aerosol format.
Blaysil 200 is formulated around a very low viscosity silicone, offering class-leading wetting properties and therefore a superior surface finish.
The convenient 400 ml can features a 360-degree nozzle for complete access to complex patterns.
The silicone, carrier and propellant are fully homogenised to create a reliable droplet-free spray pattern at all times, through the life of the can.
Fill pressure and jetting is specific to the wax pattern industry, giving an ideal spray and laydown. Not a generic silicone mould release product.
Apply evenly from a distance of ~20 cm, ensuring all surfaces are covered.
Blaysil 200 should be used sparingly on a clean mould. Overuse of silicone will impact on surface finish (lost metal) and may even cause prime-coat adhesion problems.
Empty cans should be disposed of in accordance with local regulations.
